Agreement to Terms

By using PureSpring Hemet Pool Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Hemet, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections.

All services are performed by trained technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns or other issues arise. Service descriptions on our website are general guidelines and may vary based on your specific pool needs.

Scheduling and Cancellations

You can schedule services by calling us at (909) 415-3308 or submitting a quote request through our website. We will work with you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other customers. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service fees or discontinuation of service.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing varies based on pool size, condition, service type, and frequency. We provide free quotes before starting any work. All quotes are estimates and may change if we discover additional issues or needs once we begin service.

Payment is due at the time of service or according to the billing schedule we agree upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees. You are responsible for payment even if you are not home during the service visit.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and control of any pets. If we cannot safely access your pool, we may need to reschedule, and you may be charged a trip fee.

You are responsible for the condition of your property. We are not liable for damage to gates, locks, or other property features that are already broken or in poor condition. We will notify you if we notice any safety hazards or equipment issues.

Liability and Warranties

We carry full liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues caused by improper pool design or installation.

Our services are provided as-is. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control such as weather, pool age, or equipment condition. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
